Land Charges and Land Registry Forms

The Land Registry has amended the forms which appear overleaf. 
 
These changes concern the fee panel on certain Land Charges and Land Registry forms. 
 
From 12th February, the Land Registry will allow practitioners to pay all applications by direct debit under an authorised agreement with the Land Registry. 
 
CURRENT VERSIONS OF THE FORMS LISTED OVERLEAF WILL BE ACCEPTED WHERE PAYMENT IS NOT MADE BY DIRECT DEBIT AFTER 12TH FEBRUARY. THE AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN FEBRUARY.
