The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 2007

The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 2007 amend the Court Funds Rules 1987 as a result of changes to Parts 36 and 37 of the Civil Procedure Rules. 
 
Her Majesty’s Courts Service has amended CFO 100 and replaced the existing form N243A/CFO201 with a new Court Funds Office form 201 to take account of these amendments which will come into force on 6th April. 
 
CURRENT VERSIONS OF CFO FORMS 100 AND N243A/201 SHOULD NOT BE USED ON OR AFTER 6TH APRIL. THE AMENDED VERSION OF CFO 100 AND NEW CFO FORM 201 WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE FIRST WEEK OF APRIL.
