HIP Forms

The Home Information Pack Regulations 2007 describe the documents to be  
Included in a home information pack from 1st June 2007. HIP 1 and HIP 2 are “required” documents which must be included in every home information pack. 
 
HIP 1 describes the type of property being sold whilst HIP 2 briefly summarises the essential elements of the conveyance.  
 
HIP 3 and HIP 4 are “authorised” documents which can be included in a home information pack. HIP 3 provides more detailed information about the property whilst HIP 4 asks questions about the household contents of the property being sold.  
 
ALL FOUR OF THESE NEW FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE  
END OF MAY BUT SHOULD NOT BE USED BEFORE 1ST JUNE.
