Amended Divorce Forms

Certain Regulations have increased the court fees payable in respect of various applications to the courts. 
 
Her Majesty’s Court Service (HCMS) has redrafted EX160 and greatly expanded the accompanying notes to reflect amendments to practice and procedure. 
 
Divorce 93 remains unchanged but the notes which accompany Divorce 93 have been amended to reflect the new fee payable of £40 for each ten years searched by the petitioner. The amended notes for Divorce 93 will be included with any orders placed for Divorce 93 after 1st October. 
 
THE AMENDED VERSIONS OF EX160 AND THE NOTES FOR DIV 93 WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER BUT THEY SHOULD NOT BE USED BEFORE 1ST OCTOBER.
