Her Majesty’s Court Service (HCMS) has redrafted EX160 and greatly expanded the accompanying notes to reflect amendments to practice and procedure.
THE AMENDED VERSIONS OF EX160 WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER SHOULD NOT BE USED BEFORE 1ST OCTOBER.
