OBSOLETE CONVEYANCING FORM

On OFIS No.7 in July, we advised you that the new local authority search form. Con 29O had replaced CR21 because Con 29O contained a new enquiry concerning common land, town and village greens. 
 
Further Regulations have confirmed the abolition of CR21 in England from 1st October. 
 
Welsh conveyancers should clarify the position in Wales with the National Assembly for Wales. 
 
CR 21 WILL BE WITHDRAWN FROM SALE BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER AND SHOULD NOT BE USED IN ENGLAND ON OR AFTER 1ST OCTOBER.
