Land Registry Forms

In order to help prevent the registration of fraudulent applications, the Land Registry (HMLR) is introducing identity checks for certain types of application where the parties to transactions are not legally represcribed. HMLR has amended ID1 and ID2 for use from 3rd March and withdrawn ID3 because elements of ID3 are now incorporated in the 2008 editions of ID1 and ID2. 
 
THE CURRENT VERSIONS OF ID1, ID2 AND ID3 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 3RD MARCH. THE NEW EDITIONS OF ID1 AND ID2 WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF FEBRUARY.
