The Land Registry has amended this form to reflect the abolition of the Assets Recovery Agency on 1st April and the transfer of its functions to other organisations.
THE CURRENT EDITION OF CIT CAN BE USED EXCEPT WHERE SUCCESSORS TO THE ASSETS RECOVERY AGENCY NEED TO SUBMIT CIT. THE AMENDED FORM WILL BE AVAILABLE IN APRIL.
