We have inserted an additional enquiry to the leasehold enquiries section on page 4 of Con 29 (Long). 
 
This new enquiry concerns the delivery of a Stamp Duty Land Tax return to H.M. Revenue and Customs in respect of a lease of the property. 
 
In addition, we have inserted a reference to energy performance certificates on page 3 of Con 29 (Long) to cater for the extension of home information packs to all sectors of the residential property market from 14th December 2007.
