The Ministry of Justice has streamlined the content and layout of N244 to make it easier to complete by civil practitioners and the general public. 
 
The Ministry of Justice has also compiled a set of guidance notes which should be read before applicants complete N244. 
 
THE CURRENT VERSION OF N244 WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 2ND JULY. ONLY THE AMENDED VERSION OF N244 SHOULD BE USED ON OR AFTER THIS DATE. THE AMENDED VERSION OF N244 AND GUIDANCE NOTES WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE MIDDLE OF JUNE.
