Amended Companies Forms

Certain Regulations have represcribed 363a for the purposes of Section 363(2) of the Companies Act 1985. 
 
The annual return form has been amended to reflect changes to the shareholder information provided on or after 1st October. The information supplied depends on whether or not any of the company’s shares were admitted to trading on a regulated market. 
 
THE CURRENT EDITIONS CAN ONLY BE USED FOR ANNUAL RETURNS MADE BEFORE 1ST OCTOBER. ONLY THE AMENDED FORMS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ON OR AFTER 1ST OCTOBER. AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE END OF SEPTEMBER.
