Amended Land Registry Forms

Following a review of the Land Registration Rules 2003, the Land Registry has amended the forms listed on the following sheets. 
 
In addition, the Land Registry has created several new forms which are as follows: 
· SEV is a new form to enter a restriction when a joint tenancy is ended by mutual agreement of the parties or service of a notice. 
· ST1-ST4 are four new Statement of Truth forms for use in different circumstances which replace statutory declarations. 
· The amended versions of AP1, FR1 and DS1 must be used from 10th November. 
· The Land Registry will accept the old version of the remainder of these forms for a transitional period until 9th February 2009. 
· CM1, CM2 and CM4 have been amended to refer to statement of truth rather than statutory declarations. 
· Existing forms TP3 and TR3 have become obsolete as their functions have been merged into the amended versions of TR5 and TR4, respectively. 
 
NEW AND AMENDED FORMS WILL BE PUBLISHED TOWARDS THE END OF OCTOBER BUT THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE LAND REGISTRY BEFORE 10TH NOVEMBER.
