New Family Law Act 1996 Forms

Certain Regulations will prescribe new forms under Part 4A of the Family Law Act 1996 which introduce forced marriage protection orders under the Forced Marriage (Civil Protection) Act 2007 on 25th November. 
 
·FL401a is the new form to be used to apply for a forced marriage protection order. The existing Oyez form FL401a has been renumbered as FL401*. 
·FL402A is the notice which an applicant serves on the respondent or any other person connected to the application made on FL401A. 
·FL 403A is the new form to vary, extend or discharge a forced marriage protection order. 
·FL407A is the form to be used to apply for an arrest warrant 
·FL430 is the form to be used to apply for a forced marriage protection order where leave of the court is required 
·FL431 is used to notify the court of someone joining or ceasing to act on forced marriage protection proceedings. 
 
NEW FORMS SHOULD NOT BE USED BEFORE 25th NOVEMBER AND WILL BE AVAILABLE SHORTLY BEFORE THIS DATE.
