The Law Society has amended these forms to reflect changes to its Lexcel
Management Standard. These amended forms must be used on or after 1st January 2009 but not before.
EXISTING VERSIONS SHOULD NOT BE USED AFTER 31st DECEMBER 2008. THE NEW EDITIONS OF THESE FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN LATE DECEMBER.
