NEW AND AMENDED CHILDREN ACT FORMS
Certain Rules have amended existing Children Act form C1 and prescribe new Children Act forms C78, C79 and C100 on the coming into force of the remaining sections of the Children and Adoption Act 2006 on 8th December.
THE CURRENT VERSION OF CHILDREN ACT C1 CANNOT BE USED AFTER 8TH DECEMBER. THE REVISED EDITION OF C1 AND NEW C78, C79 AND C100 FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN EARLY DECEMBER.
