AMENDED LAND REGISTRY FORMS

On OFIS No. 9 in September, we advised you of amendments which the Land Registry has made to certain forms which are prescribed by the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008. 
 
The Land Registry has now revised the four non-prescribed forms listed above to reflect procedural changes which the 2008 Rules introduced. 
 
EXISTING VERSIONS OF THESE FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE LAND REGISTRY UNTIL 9TH FEBRUARY 2009. THE AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
