Amended Law Society Transaction Forms

The Law Society's TransAction Working Party has revised the above forms to take account of the latest set of regulations which affect home information packs, compiled on or after 6th April. 
 
In addition, the Law Society has created two new forms, TA00 and TA0, to cater for property information questionnaires. 
 
TA0 is the new Property Information Questionnaire when a new home is sold and TA00 is the Law Society's Property Information Questionnaire to be used for all other types of residential conveyancing. 
 
The Law Society has discounted the existing TransAction forms TA3 and TA14 and the current editions of TA11 and TA12 have been replaced by the second edition of TA6. 
 
CURRENT VERSIONS OF TA1, TA3, TA6, TA7, TA10, TA11, TA12 & TA14 SHOULD NOT BE USED AFTER 5TH APRIL. AMENDED VERSIONS OF TA1, TA6, TA7 & TA10 WILL BE AVAILABLE IN MARCH.
