Amended Children Act forms

Certain Regulations have amended Children Act form C19 to coincide with the implementation of the Childcare Act 2006 on 6th April. 
 
In particular, C19 has been amended to refer to section 79 of the Childcare Act 2006. 
 
From 6th April, Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills and Welsh ministers will be able to apply for warrants of assistance on the amended form. 
 
THE CURRENT EDITION OF C19 SHOULD NO LONGER BE USED AFTER 5TH APRIL. THE AMENDED EDITION OF C19 WILL BE AVAILABLE EARLY NEXT MONTH FOR USE FROM 6TH APRIL.
