Certain Rules amend the 1986 Insolvency Rules in relation to the requirements for advertising statutory notices in the case of insolvent individuals and companies.
In particular, insolvency practitioners will have discretion as to whether any additional advertising is required in certain circumstances.
EXISTING VERSIONS OF THESE FORMS SHOULD NOT BE USED AFTER 5TH APRIL. AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE SHORTLY.
