CONVEYANCING FORMS

On the reverse of OFIS No.1 in February, we advised Oyez’s customers of the creation of two new Government forms to cater for the introduction of property information questionnaires for inclusion in home information packs compiled on or after 6th April. 
 
The Government has amended HIP 1 to refer to property information questionnaires and to request sustainability information regarding new homes. 
 
The Land Registry has made minor corrections to DJP and ST2 which were originally publicised on OFIS No.9 in September 2008. 
 
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOULD NO LONGER USE THE EARLIER EDITION OF HIP1. DJP AND ST2 WILL BE AVAILABLE WHEN NEXT REPRINTED.
