Amended Civil Procedure Forms
The Ministry of Justice has amended the title and function of Civil Procedure Form N322A to cater for decisions made by the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS). Amendments have also been made to N325 and N445.
THE CURRENT VERSION OF N322A HAS BEEN SUPERCEDED AND SHOULD NO LONGER BE USED. THE AMENDED EDITION OF N322A WILL BE AVAILABLE LATER THIS MONTH ALONG WITH N325 AND N445.
