Amended Limited Liability Partnerships

On 26th May, the Scottish branch of Companies House in Edinburgh is changing its address to another location in Edinburgh. 
 
Applications to Companies House in Scotland should be sent to Companies House, Fourth Floor, Edinburgh Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, Scotland EH3 98F instead of 37 Castle  
Terrace on or after 26th May. 
 
Following the repeal of section 244 of the Companies Act 1985, LLP244 is now obsolete and should no longer be used. 
 
COMPANIES HOUSE WILL CONTINUE TO PROCESS EXISTING FORMS WHICH WILL BE AMENDED WHEN THESE FORMS ARE NEXT REPRINTED.
