Amended Civil Procedure Forms
The Ministry of Justice has amended the form EX160 and its accompanying notes to reflect changes in the procedure for calculating remission of court fees which will come into force on 13th July. In addition, N337 has been amended to reflect unrelated amendments.
CURRENT VERSIONS OF EX160 AND N337 SHOULD NO LONGER BE USED. AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 13TH JULY.
