Amended Land Registry Forms
The Companies Act 2006 will introduce certain changes to a number of Land Registry form on 1st October 2009.
In particular, reference to the 'registered number of the company in the United Kingdom' replace references to 'England and Wales' whilst references to the memorandum and articles of association have been amended on the Land Registry's Commonhold forms CM1, CM3 and CM6.
Where an overseas company is not a party to the transaction, current editions may continue to be used.
