Range: Limited Liability Partnership
New and Amended Limited Liability Partnership Forms
The final part of the Companies Act 2006 will come into force on 1st October.
Companies House has redesigned and renumbered all the existing Limited Liability Partnership forms to reflect the changes introduced by the Companies Act 2006.
To help practitioners decide which new forms they may want to order, the existing LLP form numbers appear in brackets next to the new form numbers.
However, some new Limited Liability Partnership forms perform new functions under the 2006 Act and so do not correspond to any of the old form numbers.
EXISTING LLP FORMS SHOULD NOT BE USED AFTER 30th SEPTEMBER. AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE END OF SEPTEMBER BUT SHOULD NOT BE USED BEFORE 1ST OCTOBER.
