New Civil Procedure Form

Following changes to the Civil Procedure Rules , the Ministry of Justice has compiled a new form N123 which contains a list of questions for a mortgagee to answer when seeking possession of residential property due to arrears. 
 
N123 WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER.
