Amended Right to Manage Form

Certain Regulations represcribe RTM1A as a result of changes to a 
company’s memorandum and articles of association which the  
Companies Act 2006 introduced on 1st October. 
 
 
Transitional provisions permit RTM companies incorporated before 9th November to continue to operate under their existing constitutions until 30th September 2010. 
 
However, any new RTM companies formed on or after 9th November should use this amended version of RTM1A. 
 
SINCE WE UNDERSTAND THAT COMPANIES HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE CURRENT EDITION OF RTM1A FOR NEWLY FORMED RTM COMPANIES, OYEZ WILL ONLY PUBLISH THE AMENDED FORM IN NOVEMBER.
