New and Amended Children Act Forms

Certain Rules prescribe a new form C110 for use by practitioners when applying for a care or supervision order under the Children Act 1989. 
 
C110 replaces existing Children Act form C13 which is now obsolete and the Rules make consequential changes to C1. 
 
CURRENT EDITIONS OF CHILDREN ACT FORMS C1 AND C13 SHOULD NO LONGER BE USED AFTER 5TH APRIL. AMENDED VERSION OF C1 AND NEW CHILDREN FORM C110 WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER EASTER.
