New Coal Authority Terms and Conditions

The Law Society and Coal Authority have amended Con 29M as a result of new terms and conditions which the Coal Authority has compiled, along with amended Guidance Notes issued by The Law Society. 
 
The 2003 Edition of Con29M distinguishes between residential coal mining searches and commercial development searches and also now caters for searches submitted via the National Land Information Service (NLIS). 
 
The current version of Con 29M can continue to be used until 30th June, although the Coal Authority will apply their 2003 terms and conditions to all searches made on or after 30th April.
