Amended Companies House Forms

Company law practitioners should use the latest editions of LQ01 and LL LQ01 which Companies House will amend on 29th March.  
 
In addition, Companies House has amended SH19* to refer to new fees which will become payable in respect of applications made on or after 6th April. Any forms submitted before this date will not attract any fee(s).  
 
AMENDED VERSIONS OF LQ01 AND LL LQ01 WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF MARCH AND SH19* BY THE BEGINNING OF APRIL.
