Range: Insolvency Bankruptcy

New and Amended Insolvency Forms

Certain statutory instruments amend the Insolvency-Bankruptcy and 
Insolvency-Company forms listed overleaf. These 2010 Rules will come 
into force on 6th April. 
 
The table below indicates which existing Insolvency forms have been replaced by new forms in the 2010 Rules.

Although part of the 2010 Rules make existing Insolvency-Company forms 4.68, 4.68(cont.), 4.71 and 4.72 obsolete, Companies House has amended 4.68, 4.71 and 4.72 and still requires insolvency practitioners to submit non-prescribed versions of these forms to Companies House after 6th April. 
 
OLD FORMS SHOULD NO LONGER BE USED AFTER 6TH APRIL. AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER EASTER.
