Amended Right to Manage Forms

Certain Regulations will amend RTM1, RTM2 and RTM3 to reflect  
changes in the constitutional documents which the Companies  
Act 2006 altered on 1st October 2009. 
 
RTM1 invites qualifying tenants to become members of the right to manage company under Chapter 1 of Part 2 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. 
 
RTM2 is the claim to acquire the right to manage specified promises and RTM3 is used either to admit or oppose the claim made on RTM2. 
 
 
CURRENT VERSIONS OF RTM1, RTM2 AND RTM3 SHOULD NOT BE USED AFTER 19TH APRIL. AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE MIDDLE OF APRIL.
