AMENDED ENDURING POWER OF ATTORNEY FORMS

In December 2009, the Office of the Public Guardian published a consultation paper which outlined certain proposals to reform the procedures governing enduring  
powers of attorney. Amending Regulations have now represcribed EP1 PG and EP2PG in accordance with these proposals. 
 
THE CURRENT EDITIONS OF EP1PG AND EP2PG WILL CONTINUE TO BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 30TH OCTOBER BY THE OPG BUT AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE END OF APRIL.
