On 31st May, the Northern Irish branch of Companies House is relocating to a new office in Belfast.
Companies House has therefore amended the forms listed overleaf to refer to the new address at Companies House, Second Floor, The Linenhall, 32-38 Linenhall Street, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT2 8BG (DX481 N.R. Belfast1).
Practitioners are advised that the current Cardiff and Edinburgh offices for Companies House remain unchanged.
