AMENDED DIVORCE FORM NOTES

A recent statutory instrument will increase certain Court fees on 1st September. 
 
We have amended paragraph 9 of the notes which accompany Divorce 93 to reflect amendments which the Ministry of Justice has made to the courts’ equivalent form. 
 
Divorce practitioners should note that although the current fee payable of £60 remains unchanged, reference should be made to the Ministry of Justice’s fee leaflet EX50 when submitting payment with a completed version of Divorce form 93.  
 
Divorce 93 remains unchanged. 
 
AMENDED NOTES WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF AUGUST. DIVORCE FORM 93 IS UNAFFECTED AND THE CURRENT EDITION SHOULD CONTINUE TO BE USED.
