Amended Companies Forms
Companies House has amended Companies forms DS01, DS01 (Cont) MG01, MG01 (Cont), MG04, MG04 (Cont) NCIN01, NCIN01(Cont) OSAP03, OSIN01, OSIN01 (Cont), OSMG01, OSMG01 (Cont)SH01, SH01 (Cont), Limited Liability Partnership forms LL DS01, LL DS01 (Cont) LLMG04, LLMG04 (Cont) and Insolvency Company form IN4.68 in accordance with amending Registrar’s Rules which will come into force on 14th March.
COMPANIES HOUSE WILL ONLY PROCESS AMENDED VERSIONS OF THESE FORMS (WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE IN MARCH) ON AND AFTER 14TH MARCH.
Practitioners should note that the amended version of NCIN01 and its Continuation Sheet replace NCIN02 and NCIN03 which Companies House has withdrawn.
On 6th April, Companies House will change the fees payable on AR01, IN01 and Limited Liability Partnership forms LL AR01 and LLIN01.
