AMENDED CIVIL PROCEDURE FORMS

Rule 10 (b) of the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2010 inserted a reference to a ‘private registered provider of social housing’ as a result of legislative amendments introduced by the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008. 
 
The Ministry of Justice revised the above forms to reflect these changes which came into force on 1st April 2010.
