Land Registration Rules 2003 - New Forms
The Land Registration Rules 2003 prescribe new and amended forms for use from 13th October when the Land Registration Act 2002 will come into force.
Transitional Rules allow existing versions of these old forms to be used until 19th January 2004 but practitioners must satisfy themselves as to the circumstances in which old forms will continue to be accepted by the Land Registry after 13th October.
