The Enterprise Act 2002 will come into force on 15th September when the above Insolvency-Bankruptcy forms will be represcribed by amending Regulations
STOCKS OF THE AMENDED VERSIONS OF THESE FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE MIDDLE OF THIS MONTH.
