The State Pension Credit Act 2002

The State Pension Credit Act 2002 has introduced the Pension Credit guarantee. 
 
The Court Service has amended both the form EX160 and the notes which accompany EX160 to elicit information from applicants as to whether or not they receive this new benefit. 
 
THE AMENDED VERSION OF EX160 AND NOTES WILL BE AVAILABLE LATER THIS MONTH. PRACTITIONERS MUST CHECK WITH THEIR LOCAL COURT WHETHER OR NOT THEY WILL PROCESS THE CURRENT EDITION OF EX160.
