Amended Local Land Charges Search Form
Certain Rules have increased the fees to be submitted when practitioners apply for a local land charges search on form LLC1 from 3rd November.
The table below sets out the old and the new fee(s) that will become payable.
THE EXISTING FORM MAY CONTINUE TO BE USED PROVIDED THE CORRECT FEE(S) IS OR ARE SUBMITTED ON OR AFTER 3RD NOVEMBER. HOWEVER, THE AMENDED VERSION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN NOVEMBER.
