The Land Registration Act 2002

The Land Registration Act 2002 introduced sweeping reforms to conveyancing last October whilst Stamp Duty Land Tax replaced Stamp Duty in conveyancing transactions on 1st December 2003. 
 
Con 58 and Con 59 have therefore been amended and updated in the light of these substantive reforms. 
 
Practitioners should note that Con 60 has not been amended and has been deleted from our range of forms. 
 
CURRENT VERSIONS OF CON 58 AND CON 59 AND CON 60 SHOULD NO LONGER BE USED. THE UPDATED EDITIONS OF CON 58 AND CON 59 WILL BE AVAILABLE BY MID MAY.
