The Court Service has amended the above forms as a result of changes to the Civil Procedure Rules which introduce “demotion” orders on 30th June where the landlord is either a local authority, housing action trust or a registered social landlord and demotion orders are an alternative remedy for a landlord who does not want to apply for a possession order.
•N6 is the claim form issued against a defendant who is engaged in anti-social behaviour on the premises.
•N11D is the form which the defendant uses to reply to the allegations made in N6.
•N122 contains the particulars of claim for a demotion order, where the claimant gives reasons for seeking the order and specifies details of the anti-social behaviour which it is alleged that the tenant has committed.
THE NEW AND AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE END OF JUNE BUT CANNOT BE USED BEFORE 30TH JUNE. EXISTING VERSIONS OF N5, N5B, N11B, N11R, N16A AND N119 CANNOT BE USED AFTER 29TH JUNE.
