New Commonhold Forms

Certain Regulations prescribe the new forms listed overleaf to create and maintain a commonhold association under the provisions of the Commonhold and Reform Act 2002. 
 
•The Commonhold Community Statement (CCS) is the document held by the Land Registry which defines the extent of the commonhold unit and which determines the rights and duties of the commonhold association. 
 
•The Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association create the corporate vehicle for the formation of a commonhold association. The Commonhold Association includes as its’ members people who are either single or joint owners of a commonhold unit. 
 
•Commonhold forms 1-24 overleaf are the various notices which can be served either by the commonhold association or upon the commonhold association by various third parties. The order form overleaf identifies the parties who serve the notices and their recipients.
