Increased Companies House Fees
Companies House has amended these Companies and Limited Liability Partnership forms to take account of an increase in fees which will become payable on 1st February. Although we understand that old forms may be used until May or June, practitioners should contact Companies House before submitting their current form.
CURRENT FORMS CAN STILL BE USED IF SUBMITTED TO COMPANIES HOUSE WITH THE CORRECT FEE(S). AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF THIS MONTH
The relevant Statutory Instruments will come into force on 1st February.
