Court Service Change of Name

On 1st April, the Court Service will change its name to Her Majesty’s Courts Service. 
 
Probate 37 has been amended to reflect the fact that the fee will in future no longer be payable to Her Majesty’s Paymaster General but to Her Majesty’s Courts Service (H.M.C.S.). 
 
We have also taken this opportunity to make minor changes to Probate 4 which will be incorporated when Probate 4 is next reprinted. 
 
AMENDED STOCK OF PROBATE 37 WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF MARCH. PROBATE 4 WILL BE AMENDED AT ITS NEXT REPRINT.
