Amended Insolvency Forms

Certain Rules will come into force on 1st April which will necessitate minor amendments to the above forms. 
 
Practitioners are also advised that Insolvency-Company form 4.3 has been made obsolete and will no longer be required as an affidavit to support the Winding-Up Petition submitted on Insolvency-Company form 4.2. 
 
The enabling Statutory Instrument will come into force on 1st April 2005. 
 
INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS SHOULD CHECK WITH THEIR LOCAL COURT(S) AS TO WHETHER THEY WILL ACCEPT THE OLD VERSIONS OF THESE FORMS AFTER 1ST APRIL. AMENDED FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF MARCH.
