New and Amended Insolvency Forms

Although the amending Rules deleted form 4.3 from the Insolvency Rules, it seems that a non prescribed form of affidavit is still required to support the winding up petition submitted on form 4.2. 
 
Because form 4.3 has been deleted, we have renumbered the form of affidavit as 4.3* which can be used in applications submitted on or after 1st April. 
 
4.15A is a new form which is sent to the Registrar of Companies to confirm the appointment of a provisional liquidator when the court is winding up an insolvent company.
