Increased duty on Employers
This form has been updated to reflect an increased duty on employers to specify the manner in which an employee who is dissatisfied with any disciplinary decision, decision to dismiss or with the outcome of the grievance procedure can appeal to a specified individual within an organisation, in accordance with section 37 of the Employment Relations Act 2004.
