Redundant Grandfather Right Forms
In April, we advised licensing practictioners of the new rante of forms which we have published under the Licensing Act 2003,
Transitional provisions required forms LIC3a, 3b, 3c, 3d and 3e to be submitted to local licensing authorities by 6th August but not thereafter.
We recommend that licensing practitioners consult their local licensing authority as we do not think that these forms will be processed after this date.
